DTS is coming!

61 day and counting down to the Opening of our Lichinga 2013 Discipleship Training School!

I apologize for the dormancy of this blog for a year + now. I'm hoping to revive it, mostly to provide more details about the DTS than I have space for in the monthly prayer updates.

Perhaps I will squeeze out some time to squeeze in some pictures and news about the kids. We'll see. The days are full, leaving little time for "extras" besides the normal daily activities.

There. I have it! A new post. More next time!

Prayer Points

Praise God for the pledges that have come in for the Training Center in Nampula! Pray for the remaining amount to come in by December 15, 2014.

Pray for the DTS students to remain strong in their faith and walk with Jesus as they have returned home after the DTS.

Pray for safety and God's blessing on Victor and our other teammates who will be traveling to Nampula and back from November 14-18.

Pray for the right teammates to join our team for Nampula -- for God's clear leading and wisdom in the process of each possible staff member looking at joining the team.

Praise God for the peaceful presidential elections for Mozambique that was held October 15. Pray for the losing side to acknowledge the validity of the elections and submit to its outcome. Pray for the new president to fear God and act justly for the good of the people of this country!

Pray for the children and I to be diligent in homeschooling, and to have a good time together as we work at it together.
